WHM Top Refresh Rate
Open Discussion
I would appreciate the ability to adjust the refresh rate of the top output in WHM. Currently it refreshes every 20 seconds which IMO are too slow. Switching back and forth to CLI just to see most accurate load averages is a pain when you are working in WHM.
What situations do you find yourself in when the refresh rate of the TOP output in WHM is too slow?

I often wonder if it's only relevant to show the load averages in the interface when the first or second values (the load average over the last minute or last 5 minutes respectively) exceeds the last one (average over the last 15mins).

Assuming I already know the reason the load are elevated and I am using WHM to manage said load it would be nice to get the 1 minute load average every 5 seconds instead of every 20seconds. Then I won't need to switch back and forth between top terminal and WHM. Eg: managing mail que.

Hi PbG,
We expect to be able to update the load more frequently in 11.54 once we complete the performance and speed enhancements to cpsrvd that we are working on.
