WHM set Locale

As a WHM user I would like to be able to adjust the locale used in WHM after I have logged in to the interface so that I don't have to log out and back in to set it.
I like this idea

This may help:
WHM will use the locale setting for a non-root user.
For root, it can be done via Home » Multi Account Functions » Modify/Upgrade Multiple Accounts
That should result in ~/.cpanel_config being created (if needed) and the ```locale``` key being populated.
Assuming no login choices (cookies) are overriding it you should be all set at that point root or reseller :)
