WHM - Home - Email - Mail Delivery Reports

After you select parameters and run report, have an option to export the data to CSV format.

remove limitation of 5000 results max and load page of 1000 max since will export to CSV directly

This is a must have so we can show to our clients a complete log specially when they send spam and claim to not.

WHM 11.48.0 (build 11) only has max 1000 return now? It used to be 5000.

Queries can only return a maximum of 1,000 entries per type.

is there a setting to change this?

We can export Reports from phpMyAdmin using eximstats database:

Please increase the limit from 1,000 back to 5,000 or even better provide a way to export report to .csv

Note 1: In my phpMyAdmin there is no eximstats database - I wish there was!

Note 2: cPanel & WHM 64.0 (build 22)

I highly recommend this. I want to be able to follow up with the people in my system that can't receive my emails... and be able to mark them off a list once it works for them... i have hundreds to go through.

Yes we need this - great when analysing a "spam" event or other large sending occurrence.

This is a long-standing request, that had a solution in using the eximstats database until they changed the database from MySQL to SQLLite which does not have a GUI interface to access. So the link provided by Kalpesh at 2daygeek is no longer relevant.

The new database file location is noted in this thread

https://forums.cpanel.net/threads/where-are-mail-delivery-reports-saved.650373/

In theory, downloading the sqllite file and doing something with it, is the only method available at the moment.

Do we need an interface to export to Excel? For diagnosing end user email queries, the WHM Mail Delivery Report screen is limited in the filtering capability unless searching for a specific email. But attempting to diagnose issues across an array of emails requiring multiple filters, does not work.

Stating the obvious, a simple CSV export would address this, allowing the admin to do all the filtering off-line.

It cannot be hard to implement as this facility is available for the List Accounts panel in WHM and the code transfer should be a minimum development cost.

My 2cents.

cPanel Team, please add the mail subject as a column on the Mail Delivery Report.
