UTC Time Zone - please add back!

I noticed that in the new WHM interface there is no longer a "UTC" time zone for server time. The only time zones available now are country/city-specific ones. This is quite a big problem because many applications/databases rely on the UTC time zone for standardizing times across the globe. UTC/GMT (same thing technically) is the time zone that is universally accepted to be reliable for storing time zones and time zone conversion because it never has a non-0 offset. Any other time zone (such as the city-specific ones available) have arbitrary offsets and DST settings that vary not only from year to year and from country to country, but are also frequently subject to change by local governments (even state governments). Even London, for example, is on BST (British Standard Time) and goes on GMT +1 during the summer, which isn't related to GMT itself and not even on the same DST schedule as the United States. So not having UTC available as the server time is quite a big problem. Hope you could add it back to the list! It was definitely there before this new UI, and it's definitely available in Linux when setting time zone through SSH.
