Upon Account Transfer, Update SPF record to include new server or dedicated IP

When an account is transferred between servers, the SPF record is not automatically updated as the record is a TXT field. If the SPF record is not updated, mail may fail or be marked as spam.
What is needed is an automated check to see if there is a SPF record in a domain zone file, and if there is, add the server main IP or Dedicated IP as an additional address. This will prevent clients from having mail delivery problems just after an account is transferred.
