Update Roundcube to New stable version

The upgrade of roundcube is complete in v56, which is entering the final stages of development this month. You can see it listed in the changelog here:

We're hoping to release 56 to the current tier late this month or early next month. If you'd like to see it, you can build a server with the current edge version of cPanel available, 11.55.9999.106.

We would really love to see the latest stable version of Roundcube as well. We have dozens of clients asking for a more modern interface as well as updates to TinyMCE that are included in the latest version.
