The upgrade to Roundcube would not occur within the 11.44.xx release, as the features for 11.44 have since been determined (11.44 is presently making its way through the tiers, presently in EDGE, CURRENT, and RELEASE as of this writing).
This Roundcube version upgrade will be within consideration for a future cPanel & WHM release, however.
