Update Roundcube to 0.9.2

A newer version of Roundcube is available. Customers would like it to be included in cPanel.

Absolutely, the best client of the three is Roundcube. Myself and others being on a shared server stops us installing it ourselves so what better than to have cPanel update it for us? Besides, this shouldn't take very long to implement. The new update has multiple new features and fixes, and some of the bugs in the 0.8.4 that cPanel currently has are quite frustrating. Definitely worth updating.
