Transfer tool option to rsync files, rather than create cpmove file
Already Exists
As a hosting provider I would like to see the option, especially in third party migrations, to see the transfer tool sync files from the source server to the destination server, rather than copy them to a folder and then tar up the content and move it over. This would reduce the time the migration takes and reduce the amount of space needed in both environments to complete the migration.

The transfer tool has already been transferring the homedir using rsync when the remote server support it since cPanel 11.46. The other files have to be packaged up so they cannot be rsynced, however in cPanel 54 we transfer them with cpsrvd if possible.
