Suspend account also suspend receiving and forward emails
Suspending an account should also suspend the mail service for that account.
I have learned now that when an account is suspended the client still receives the email in the account and the configured forwarders keep forwarding.
That will allow the client to receive email on other mail accounts.
The reason cpanel assistance gave is:
"Forwarders are purposely set along with email to function in some instances, to allow the user to
receive emails about account suspension issues."
That would be ok if the mail was only forward to the registered client email, but in reality, clients will use it to continue receiving forwarded email without paying, and not the registered client email of the account.
If I suspend an account I want ALL services for the client suspended. Emails about the suspended account will be sent directly to them thru alternate email accounts manually or via a invoice control panel like whmcs.

The worst part is that most cPanel hosts probably do not even realize this is happening. If you don't want to add the feature, at least make this more obvious please. :)

I agree with this. If a client doesn't pay it should be able to send and receive email.
A very nice thing was an option near the suspend function to also suspend the emails or not (should be enabled by default...).

This feature is coming with v56 of cPanel & WHM, which is currently in EDGE and will hopefully be pushed to the CURRENT tier at the beginning of April. I'll update here with links to the documentation once it's live!
