Support IPv6-only

We want to run IPv6 without IPv4 because in some countries the data centers don't deliver IPv4 anymore.

Note: the request for supporting IPv6 on different services was split into the following request http://features.cpanel.net/responses/ipv6-support-for-the-rest-of-the-services

This request was originally two large requests in one. We split the service support feature into its own request: http://features.cpanel.net/responses/ipv6-support-for-the-rest-of-the-services

My data center doesn't provide IPv6 yet but when it does i would also like to enable IPv6 on the other services.

realy missing a ipv6 implementation in cpanel like ipv4 is implemented now...

It very much appears to be a defect of the system. It should be fixed as a priority.

This would be nice to have to be able to assigned a dedicated IPv6 IP to a domain instead of a IPv4 IP due to a number of IPv4 IP's available out there.
