Support for Relative Hostnames When Using MyDNS as DNS Server

I would like cPanel & WHM to allow/enable the ability to store DNS subdomain records as relative hostnames instead of FQDN values (unless explicitly specified) which is something that MyDNS itself supports.

the main points are that right now you cannot have a subdomain record where the FQDN value (eg subdomain.domain.com.) exceeds 64 characters as it will be truncated (without generating any errors) and thus not work correctly

supporting relative values or making the field length larger (bug request open: #69185) would help alleviate these issues and not prevent people with long but still RFC compliant domains from using MyDNS
