Support for Pushover

I do not see this, but I would suggest to add support for Pushover (pushover.net) and allow receiving WHM notifications like for addon domains, and other WHM related notifications to your android etc. devices.
I like this idea

I don't think there needs to be a particular advantage over Pushbullet to implement Pushover support. Sometimes people may just already use Pushover and don't want to install multiple apps on each of their devices (or in some cases, pay for separate software). Personally I'm a Pushover user and don't wish to use Pushbullet (one app for me is enough), so +1 from me. Plus Pushover is commonly implemented by other software/saas for notifications.

Pushover is alright. If pushbullet is supported though, that'd be the best approach.
Pushover has a few limits to it , while pushbullet doesn't. If I want pushover on a mobile device, I need to fork over $$$, whereas pushbullet is free.
Pushover isn't as fully developed, I would say, it can't do as much as pushbullet can, honestly.

I'm not sure how you have come to the conclusion that Pushover is more limited than Pushbullet (for the use case of delivering push notifications). Given your main point was the pricing, I have to assume you haven't actually used Pushover.

As such you shouldn't be commenting unless you have a reason why it should or shouldn't be implemented (there isn't really any reason why it shouldn't). If you want a different notification method implemented, you should open a new feature request. I'm surprised your comment was actually allowed through moderation.

Pushover seems to have 3 different priorities which makes it possible to have different types of notifications depending on how serious le problem is. Pushbullet doesn't currently have this and although we have a paid subsription, it's turning out to be so difficult to get an invoice for it that we are thinking about moving to pushover.

We've just moved from Pushbullet to Pushover for everything except cPanel alerts. The reason why we have done this is because Pushbullet Pro's support is almost inexistant (they took 1 year to answer one of our tickets) and because they don't want to work with companies that require invoices (they prefered to refund us and calcel our subscription instead of providing an invoice).
Pushover's support answered within an hour.
Before moving to Pushover, we tried cPanel's Hipchat integration, but it's notfications don't work on iOS or MacOS so it's useless unless you are prepared to check it manually.
