SPF is not enabled for new cPanels when created via API

Please if possible, modiffy Your system (WHM?) so it allows enabling SPF for newly created cPanels. Here is the issue described in detail:

SPF should be enabled by default. This makes it less likely e-mail of customers is flagged as spam.
