Specific User to Use Forwarder

As a cPanel user I would like to be able to easily define inside the cPanel UI which of my email addresses are allowed to send to existing forwarders, denying all other input to those forwarders, and preventing abuse of those forwarders by outside users.
I like this idea

Currently the only way to accomplish this involves creating the forwarder, and then creating rules inside the "Email Filters" interface to discard this mail, which could lead to problems due to the manual nature of it. Adding the UI would allow you to limit the potential for human failure.
