SpamAssassin whitelist should override any EXIM config and ignore RBL

Customers would like to whitelist a trusted incoming mail address, but they can not because maybe the incoming mail address is in some RBL.

They add the mail address in Spamassasin whitelist, and they would expect the mail to come through.

But unfortunately cPanel/EXIM still rejects mail in RBL even if the adress was manually WHITELISTED!!!

What it's even worst is that Gmail and Yahoo mail do accept mails form the same addresses that EXIM/cPanel reject.

And SBL should be ignored too when email address is in whitelist

This would be great easy solution for the customer side, specially for shared hosting.

I also suggest the ability to "Whitelist DNS Reverse Host" against RBL, like:

*.yahoo.com

*.gmail.com

Because, many false positives comes from Yahoo, Gmail, Hotmail.

All system filter techniques and anti spam, can handle the rest of the checking.

It's also necessary a similar solution for the server admin side in case it's a dedicated server only for a single customer. (See attached image example)

Yes this is really impactful to customers who receive mail from big providers like Yahoo and RoadRunner/TWC. Their mail servers are periodically blacklisted because of compromised computers and such. They fix the mail servers rapidly but clients still lose mail. They should have the option to whitelist certain domains they receive legitimate email from and deal with spam (if any) on their own.

you are not thinking of end users. this would only lead to users receiving tons of unwanted mail and getting upset with your customer, who then gets stuck between a rock and a hard place. some users would be happy with the settings, but many others may not. so what is your customer to do?
