SpamAssassin server wide

As a system administrator, I would like SpamAssassin to be available for server-wide blocking and blacklisting in addition to individual domain blocking to simplify managing multiple domains.

Make SpamAssassin available for server wide blocking and blacklisting and not ONLY domain by domain. When someone is managing multiple domains, SpamAssassin is VERY cumbersome and not as helpful as it could be if it were server wide.

I like this idea, but this would not be done by SpamAssassin but should be managed by the email receiver (Exim, etc.)
This concept - of blocking emails server wide - should be implemented, yes. But should also include PCRE comparison so we can block *@*.icu for example.
