Will this involve restarting mysql and making websites unavailable for 20 to 60 seconds on certificate installs or will we be able to specify to never restart mysql ?

Could the votes here be combined with the ones for MariaDB, since that’s superseded MySQL?

NB: There is an open feature request for MySQL to add SNI support.
