It would be great to have a cheap license for 10 Accounts. Many webmasters and users would like have this.
Small Server License
Needs Review
Licence for cPanel server with only 5 or 10 domains, with low price and without support (available only annually payment).
I have so many servers VPSs with using other free panels because $15/mo is not a good price for small websites.
Some customers wants to have your own server, but they use only 1 or 2 domains in this server.
If we have a licence pricing for only 5 or 10 domains with price of 50/year, I'll be the first to buy a lot of licenses like this.
Thank you!
Hello,
Reduced pricing on cPanel & WHM licenses can be obtained from our resellers. Will a little research you should be able to find a reseller offering a license at a more comfortable price point. You can find a list of our resellers at https://partnernoc.cpanel.net/cpanel-licenses/
We appreciate your suggestion. We aim to keep our licensing straightforward, and easy to understand. Introducing a new license type with usage requirements goes against that goal.

This could be combined with my earlier suggestion that is still under moderation :

Which stated :
cPanel has maintained the same licensing model for, well, about as
long as I can remember. In recent years it's becoming more and more
popular for lower powered dedicated machines, and equally customer
demand. The cPanel dedicated licensing cost of $35 doesn't fit well into
this model when the entire server cost is $30-50. We have a lot of
clients that love cPanel, and equally want a low cost alternative to
making use of a shared account or VPS. I think businesses that wish to
have their own server and not be receiving a large volume of traffic
(aka a horsepower heavybox) or be in the industry (stacking a large
number of clients on a server), have a lower cost deployment option to
opt for cPanel instead of the various free / low cost alternatives on
the market.
I would propose the following addition to standard cPanel license model :
$15 Private Server Dedicated License (in line with VPS cost)
~ Limited to 1 physical CPU socket
~ Limited to X GB RAM
~ Limited to X cPanel accounts
~ Limited to X domains across server
~ Potentially / Limited to Partners / Teir 1 Integrators (aka not
available on retail channels / re-sale channels), this is more a stated
option intended not to devalue the standard cP license.
Please let me know you guys thoughts.

Well, anyway I have some customers with using VPS with quad core CPU and 8gb of ram, but he use only 1 domain. That makes he cancel his license and use a free software.
