Service Manager -> Allow to enter port to monitor for ftpd

If we change the FTP port top be other than 21 then we have no way to monitor ftpd on the new port. It always listens on default port 21.

Could we have an option in the Service manager to allow us to enter the port for ftpd?

sorry typo read "port top be.." as "port to be.."
