Server Contacts - Root Settings Effects Reseller (account alerts.)

I have some resellers that like the 'new account created/suspended/removed' emails. This is however disabled by us as we do not require these notifications.
The settings for root effect all accounts ( resellers ) - thus if we disable account notification alerts, it effects reseller customers who want the alert.
I should edit the above is somewhat incorrect. Fault on my part.
Changing the root server contact settings does not stop new account emails for resellers. That said there is still no defined option for resellers to make adjustments to Alerts.
