Send Email Setup Instuctions through cPanel

Explaining how to setup email pop and imap accounts is brutal process for our support team and based on our support tickets for the last 6 months we have spent an average of 43 minutes setting up, sending email setup instructions to each customer, and then handling their phone calls when they cant get it working. That is a huge amount of time that is being wasted that could easily be fixed by cPanel.

HOW: There should be an option in cPanel that after you setup an email account, you can send the user his email account setup information (to an alternate email address), and also in this default email template should be links to tutorials on how to setup email in Outlook, Ipad, Iphone, Macs, etc, etc...

This one fix could increase productivity dramatically.
