Scheduled Account Suspension
Needs Review
As a web hosting provider, I would like to be able to schedule an account's suspension, to allow me to more easily manage the workflow of customers that cancel their account in the middle of a billing cycle.
This would also include these interface adjustments:
- an addition to the current account suspension interface, displaying two options: "Suspend Immediately" or "Schedule Suspension" with a date selector.
- an update to the Suspended Accounts interface that would allow you to list and edit all scheduled account suspensions.
- an addition to 'list accounts' that shows a pending suspension and its date
After discussing with our lead Product Owner, this isn't something we're planning to pursue at this time. If that changes at all we'll be back to update here.
