rspamd

Add support for rspamd (https://rspamd.com/) either via plugin or included in the mainline software. It's faster/more efficient than spamassassin (apparently) and looks to have a few other promising features (http://lwn.net/Articles/649940/) . I think it would be nice to either enable it instead of or in concert with spamassassin as it would make spammers targeting spamassassin specifically less useful. It's also been around for about 4 years so it doesn't seem to be a flash in the pan.

I love the idea of having it compatible; having it included as an option is always good. But i'd rather have at a minimum an option to enable rspamd compatible exim.conf configuration for grey listing / spam checking / soft rejects etc.

+1 on this, spamassassin is old, slow and ineffective. Rspamd is more than proven and even does DKIM making the cPanel workflow much simpler. It also has a very nice API that you guys can leverage.

Is it possible to install Rspamd in a separate server or VPS and protect several CPanel servers with it?

Yes, it is; we are currently beta testing. We created a cluster for RSPAM and allowed remote cPanel servers to connect and scan for emails. This lowers the overhead of managing your own cluster and integrate with 3rd parties.

We just hit 1.2 million scans this month; if anyone is interested ill post a link.

Hi JonTheWong, I am certainly interested in your setup. Do let me know some details of how it works.

Thanks!

It's been around since 2013, and I think it's worth giving the option to switch between the two (and switch back). I wouldn't remove Spamassassin though. I believe there is now a rule converter from SA to rspamd, so that should help.

Just wondering if there is any progress on this feature request
