Restart Only Modified Services in Service Manager

When visiting the Service Manager in WHM, if you hit save all services are restarted, including Exim, even if no changes have been made.

Service Manager could incorporate a check for any changed services, and then restart only those that have been modified when "Save" is clicked.


Workaround:

Don't click on save if you aren't changing anything.
