responsive webmail

At the moment, most of users need to check mail on smartphone. Cpanel provide 3 webmail but none of them can read content without swiping from left to right and vice versa. I think it's time to add any responsive webmail optimized for smartphones and tablets into cpanel.

....not that I'm against responsive webmail, but why in the world wouldn't you just add the account to the mail app on your phone?

There are times when a user needs to see the web-side, rather than rely on a local mail client (for example, iOS 12 has started showing codes instead of ' and " and logging into the webmail confirmed it was the Mail client, not a problem with the content on the server).

I have seen this in practice, actually. They specifically did _not_ want their work email set up on their phone because it was a personal phone. Work-life balance kinda thing.

Admittedly I don't know how common this is, but that's the use-case for it that I encountered.
