Remove arbitrary username length limit

Linux usernames can go well above 8 characters.

So the limitation is on the Cpanel side, therefore I propose either increasing or removing that limit depending on the nature of the limitation.

In cPanel & WHM version 11.40 you can created users with 16 character user names, with the provision that Database Prefixing is disabled. As monarobase mentions, the limitation is due to MySQL.

I belive this is not for linux user names but for mysql user names and other places where the username is used as a prefix.

"MySQL user names can be up to 16 characters long"

that leaves 8 for the Linux username + 1 for the underscore + 7 for the sql user name.

Top and other commands will not display usernames over 8 characters and will show the UID instead
