Remove Account -- Immutable/chmod 000 files

As a system administrator, I would like remove account to do preflight checks for files with immutable attributes or 000 permissions to avoid partial account removals and improve consistency with account removals.

Make sense been as Imunify360 can lock files. When that happens and try to remove an account it doesn't remove properly and can also stop the removal process if removing multiple accounts at the same time. This gets my vote.
