Redesign cPHulk Configuration Settings wording

I think it should be re-wording of the cPHulk Configuration Settings.

The wording you've proposed seems to add confusion (at least to me). Why are you requesting the word "Detection" be added? The detection is not a per-minute or time based feature. Detection is "always on". It always "detects" every request made. The only portion of the feature that the time value affects is the duration of the block itself.
Beyond that, I do see how the "Account" specific verbiage does help clarify that portion of the limit.

I had read FAQ somewhere. If I understand correctly
Detection time frame = Blocking time frame = maximum failure within xx minutes
I think wording "protection" is not clarify. I used to set only 5 minutes and got many attacks. After I understood the meaning, I set to 30 mins. that help me reduced the attacks and also blocking longer time too.
