Queue backups for Upload to FTP destinations

As a server administrator, when using an FTP remote destination I would like backups to be created and added to an upload queue while the server continues on to build further backups (like the system currently does for other remote destinations), limiting the amount of empty space needed on my local server in order to complete backups.

Please also add a limit on the backup accounts, so that the backups doesn't fill the server completly. An option like 1,2,3 or 4 backups max before next one if FTP upload is succesfull.
This way you can limit temporay storage for backups.
Need this ASAP now server with large accounts are filling op the server and backup get canceld because of the storage space.
