Provide all available reboot options in WHM instead of just Reboot

While it's not complicated to run reboot manually from command line, cPanel should allow all available reboot options.

The default reboot options should be :

1) Normal reboot

2) Reboot with forced FSCK

3) Normal reboot with automatic FSCK disabled

cPanel should also detect if software like kexec are installed and offer a 4th option if they are :

4) Fast reboot with automatic FSCK disabled

I don't think it should be up to cPanel to install this type of software as it would depend very much on weather or not the system is compatible. In my oppinion, it should just detect it if it's available.

It would also be nice to be able to set a reboot time (choice between now and whenever the user want's (date and time interface).

I think that a option for a programed reboot would be good, to program the server reboots when are less activity.
