Promote compatibility for Traditional Chinese and Simplified Chinese

Hi,


We have a lot of clients from Taiwan and China.


When user uploads Chinese by cPanel Filemanager, it shows garbled, and can not be opened.


However, upload Chinese by FTP software, it works.

Maybe you can consider how to define charset for upload Chinese file.

That looks more like a bug in our utf8 encoding / decoding then a feature request. Would you please open a ticket at HTTPS://tickets.cPanel.net/submit
