Process blocked IPs individually directly from BruteForce history panel

Sometimes we want to delist a single IP as the client called and we know it is safe. The only way not is to:

- remove all blocked ips

- or hack the mysql db and delete manually


New Feature:

add buttons to blocked ip list:

BUTTON: remove from temp blocklist

BUTTON: add to whitelist + comment

BUTTON: add to blacklist + comment

BUTTON: add to blacklist/24 /16 /8 + comment


these should be fairly easy to add as all functions exist, just need 5-6 icons on the list
