post_max_size on MultiPHP INI Editor

Please add post_max_size on the MultiPHP INI Editor (Basic Mode), modifying upload_max_filesize does close to nothing if you don't also change post_max_size (when you choose something above 8M which is the default value).

As someone who missed this setting when I migrated servers just the other day and ran into issues on our live sites, I think its a great idea and very fitting! Easy to implement I would guess too :)
