php_tidy CentOS 7 Support

As a server administrator I would like EasyApache 4 to support php_tidy on CentOS 7
I like this idea

We released php-tidy for CentOS 7 yesterday. You should be able to install this now on CentOS 7 systems (as well as CentOS 6 systems) today!
