Thanks for your submission! This interface is currently being developed, and should make it in to cPanel & WHM version 60.

When will WHM version 60 be released?

The first EDGE build of cPanel & WHM version 60 (which will be 59.9999.??) will hit the EDGE tier in the next week, we think. From there it's typically another 6-8 weeks before a new version starts its move through the release tiers.

We've made a ton of improvements to the PHP-FPM management in version 60, including the ability to adjust the pool options in the Multi-PHP interface in WHM. We're going through our big testing of version 60 right now and are hoping to go to CURRENT early next month. If you'd like, we'd love to see you spin up an EDGE server and give us your feedback!

ondemand, static, dynamic??

imagine 1000 accounts - there will be some API to change them all at once?

We'll be using ondemand, and yes there is an API call for switching an account to FPM.
