PHP 7.1 support

As a server administrator I would like cPanel to add PHP 7.1 support to EasyApache 4.
I like this idea 
cPanel, WebHost Manager and WHM are registered trademarks of cPanel, L.L.C. for providing its computer software that facilitates the management and configuration of Internet web servers.
This is completed as of 1/25, which can be see in in the EasyApache changelog.
