Partial supension for cPanel accounts

Whe use the "manage suspension account" from the WHM every day, but it would be interesting to suspend only some parts of those accounts (FTP, Mail, Website, cPanel acces, WHM access).
I like this idea

It's really hard to let a client fix the issue that got his/her account suspended without having any access to the account.
Catch 22 - The account cannot be unsuspended until the issue is fixed, but the issue cannot be fixed until the account is unsuspended.

We currently have an issue with a customer whose website is sending spam.
We have suspended his account but this procedure also suspended their email service.
This is insane!
There should be a better way to handle this.

We do this by changing passwords or moving files. Would be nice to be able to do it from whm though

It's pain when you need to disable web from world for infected website, but allow client fix the problem.
