Option to check all server IP addreses for license

By default, cPanel only checks if the primary IP address of the server is licensed.
In some cases, the primary IP address of the server could change and the server could become unlicensed. Even if the secondary IP addresses are still licensed.
Ideally, cPanel would have an option to check for a license on all the IP addresses, considering the server license valid if *any* of the IP addresses are licensed.

This pops up from time to time on our Virtual servers. An IP block can be spread across multiple physical nodes and virtual servers, and occasionally IPs from different IP blocks will be assigned to the same virtual server.
When IPs from different blocks are on the same server, there can be issues when the license check goes out on a different IP than was licensed.
