Official app to manage cPanel & WHM via iPhone or iPad or iPod Touch

Talking to some folks at various conferences and on various IRC channels, it seems like an official cPanel iPhone app (which does not yet exist) could be the ideal solution to this situation. Some of the key things I hear are:


- If you need to do something very quick, a native app is best

- Native iPhone apps are easier to use than fiddling with a mobile browser


Let me know your thoughts.

hi, indeed great idea but so far i am lucky because I also have android mobile and WHMApp (not from cPanel) is good app which helps me in server management. But I love iPhone and I would still want iOS app :).

What are the 3 most important features that MUST exist in a native app that would make it useful for website owners?

For me this would be:


  1. Basic account management: Create accounts, Reset passwords and Suspend accounts
  2. Managing email accounts: New email and Reset password for email
  3. cPHulk management: Whitelist, Blacklist and History reports

I understand if some others do no share the same feature requirements but that's what I have needed. Especially since I cannot login to WHM because of the session redirects on login (Could just be an issue with Chrome on my phone I'm not sure).


Oh and please give some love to Android. It would be annoying if its IOS only. I don't want to continue using third party apps.
