Offer DNSONLY as a virtual machine VM image (Docker, Virtualbox, VMWare, etc)

Rather than have to go through the laborious task of installing and managing an OS, along with all the upgrades, etc. For DNSONLY installations, since they don't require a license, we should consider offering a complete installation as a virtual machine image.


This way, upgrades can be done simply by replacing the image, no need for the 3GB upgrade space required.

There appear to be a few attempts at this on Dockerhub, but full versions, not just DNSONLY.

The Docker images are just 1GB!
