Need more features in webmail/cPanel mail
As a web-hosting provider, I would like to request the cPanel team to add more features in webmail/cPanel mail so that users will have more diverse features available to them in webmail.

As a web-hosting provider, I would like to request the cPanel team to add more features in webmail/cPanel mail.
I have noticed in my 6 years experience that many customers are not happy with the current webmail (Horde & RoundCube) features and they left from our services only for webmail features. Below is the one sample feedback of our many customers:

"I am looking forward to managing my emails from Zoho.com because the webmail is not that great."

Customers are going to G Suite /ZOHO etc only for webmail features, for this they can agree to pay some extra money but they need good features.
Currently, the cPanel team has implemented Horde and RoundCube webmail those are free & open sources. It will be great if cPanel team either customize the Horde/Roundcube or implement a new webmail interface with more features. So that we can keep our customer happy with our hosting services. For these new features if cPanel team need to increase their cPanel license fee then I think all cPanel hosting providers will be agreeing to pay for the same.

We actually try to encourage people to use POP to download their e-mails and only leave a few weeks worth of e-mail online to not fill up their accounts of the fast/expensive SSD storage we use. Can't offload e-mail to slow HDD yet with cPanel. We recommend Exchange/GMail/Rackspace for users that want extra storage for e-mail.
I personally don't like a lot of e-mail stored online just for security reasons if there would be a breach. But that's a different story.
So we would not be interested in paying anything extra for extending webmail.

POP is better if we use our mails in only one system. If the user are using their mails in multiple device then it's very tough to manage mails as POP is synchronize only Inbox not Sent. In this case we must have to use IMAP.

cPanel team already increased their licence FEE and we all WEB HOSTING Provider are paying for the same. Yes they definitely provides many features but webmail is still remain same.
