Need a way to do a purge an entire inbox at once.

Sometimes you can get a box fill up with 148355 cron or spam messages (Yes, this happened to me) and being able to delete only 999 messages at a time in Horde doesn't cut it.

If you are the root user trying to clear an entire mailbox or just an individual folder, I'd suggest installing and using the free ConfigServer Mail Manage (CMM) plugin for WHM.

This seems like such an edge case situation that there wouldn't be any reasonable way to accommodate this through feature request that wouldn't add confusion or unnecessary complexity to the product. What sort of implementation would you see that would address your specific situation?
If you're looking for features directly through a webmail client like Horde/Squirrelmail/Roundcube, you'll need to relay those feature requests directly to their development teams. Any features added in upstream through the vendors will eventually make it into our product implementation barring any compatibility/security concerns with shared hosting infrastructure. Adding a "Nuke entire inbox" button seems like a risky feature that would very unlikely be used to any frequency and would pose more of a risk of accidental usage.
If you're simply looking to erase the entire contents of a mailbox, the most efficient way to do this is to go to cPanel & WHM and delete the email account entirely before recreating it. This will destroy the entire contents instantly, all without adding complexity of a specific "nuke inbox" feature that (I feel) would add cruft by being a very underused option.
As mentioned, I'm open to any specific implementation ideas you may have, but there is a current way of handling this through the delete/recreate mailbox option. Does this suffice?
