Move "Enable mailbox usage warnings" from Tweak Settings to in-cPanel

As a web hosting provider, I would like the “enable mailbox usage warnings” and sub-options available in cPanel so that individual cPanel users can access and alter for their use, instead of only being accessible in Tweak Settings.

Please move "Enable mailbox usage warnings" (and sub-options) from server-side Tweak settings to be accessible and altered for each cPanel user from inside cPanel rather than from Tweak Settings.

Thank you for the suggestion. We're always looking for ways to improve mail functionality on the server. I know in the past this is typically utilized by admins to make sure their space isn't over consumed by their users. If users were given this control, would you have concerns users would turn this off and ignore the warnings?
