Move domain from one cPanel to another

As a web host and server administrator I would like to have the ability to move a domain (and the related email accounts, mailing lists, sub-users, and databases) from one existing cPanel account to another existing cPanel account.
I like this idea

We already have the ability to do this on a per account basis, and we will soon have a tool to help move a parked / addon domain to it's own account.
Do you want to move a single domain from one account to another account on another server ?

This request appears to be moving a domain (and its related things) to another existing cPanel account, rather than to a new cPanel account.

Is there any progress on this? I am often, it seems, needed to rearrange domains from one cpanel accoutn to another on the same server or even a different server. The ability to move from one account to another either on the same server or not would be grand!
