more step on termination account

Hello there,

Last night I wanted to suspend a domain, but accidently, I write "terminate" in whm search input field instead of "suspend" word and I accidently terminated the account. That was a shock for me. Now I'm thinking how can I get my data back.

I want to give a feedback to you on this issue, when a user wants to terminate an account, whm just asks "are you sure" question, I think this is not enough, if you put an input and asks user to type something to terminate (for example, type domain name to terminate), user will understand what he is really doing.

Thanks.

I hesitate to add more chances for a user to cancel the event before it has happened...but only because I'd like to see other changes take its place. For example:

  • As a WHM administrator, I want a delay between when I terminate an account and when it is actually deleted.
  • As a WHM administrator, I want to see a list of the account terminations I have queued.
  • As a WHM administrator, I want to cancel ALL queued account termination so that nothing is deleted.
  • As a WHM administrator, I want to selectively cancel queued account terminations that have not happened yet.
  • As a WHM administrator, I want to release a queued account termination and have it deleted right now.
  • As a WHM administrator, I want to release ALL queued account termination and have it deleted right now.
  • As a WHM administrator, I want to a queued account termination to be permanently deleted after it's delay time has elapsed.
