memcache / cache and mod_ruid2

mod_ruid2 has MANY advantages (with prefork/DSO) but sacrificing memcache is a non-starter for many. Please allow the two to work (and explain the security limits or workarounds.)

Why is this not supported or even documented. This is a false choice. The concerns are "vague" but related to security. I would like to make an informed decision.

Sorry I missed your question here, but I wanted to mention: these two are currently incompatible due to ModRUID running as a user, and memcache wanting it to do differently. The documentation isn't at all obvious on that, so I've submitted a case for that to be made more clear.
