Mail client configuration pages should change based on Allow Plaintext Authentication setting

Currently the Mail client configuration pages show both SSL and non-SSL settings and scripts.


When this...


WHM » Service Configuration » Mailserver Configuration » Allow Plaintext Authentication (from remote clients)


...is set to "no", then I think the non-SSL settings and scripts should not display on the Mail client configuration pages. This would remove the chance of a user trying to use non-SSL settings that will never work.
