Log activity of /scripts/restorepkg

As a server administrator and tech support, I would like the ability to go back and see where previous runs of restorepkg have failed. It would be great if the utility created logs (perhaps in /var/cpanel/logs like transfers).

This is now available in 11.48+
In 11.48 and later, we plan on adapting restorepkg so its logs will be available via /usr/local/cpanel/bin/view_transfer and Review Transfers and Restores in WHM.

Both pkgacct and restorepkg logging to /var/cpanel/logs would be ideal.
