IPv6 address support for Trusted SMTP IP addresses

Please add functionality to allow IPv6 addresses as Trusted SMTP IP addresses aka /etc/skipsmtpcheckhosts. Currently only IPv4 addresses are supported.

And please for blacklist, backup mx list & other exim's lists too.
